If stillSunday doesn't visibly change the skin you bought it for, you don't pay for it. That's the short version. Here's how it works.

The Smooth or Free Guarantee

stillSunday is built for a specific problem — the appearance of texture, dimpling and softness that shifted after starting spironolactone. We're confident enough in the 15-day window to put the cost of being wrong on us, not you.

The promise. Complete the 15-day routine — twice daily, on the areas you bought the cream for — and if you don't see a visible difference in the skin your medication changed, contact us for a full refund.

To claim:

  • Use the product as directed for 15 consecutive days
  • Email us at support@stillsunday.shop within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and a quick note about how you used it

What you don't need to do:

  • You don't need to send the jar back. We don't ask for empty jars, before/after photos, or proof of disappointment.
  • You don't need to argue your case. If the cream didn't do what we said it would, that's our cost to carry, not yours.

The 15-day window isn't a hoop. It's the timeline the product is built around — anything shorter isn't a fair test of what it does.

Standard Returns — Unopened Product

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

For this to apply:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (a hygiene exception applies to opened cosmetic jars — those fall under the Smooth or Free guarantee above instead)
  • Return postage is paid by you
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the item

To start an unopened-product return, email support@stillsunday.shop with your order number.

Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Item

If your order arrived damaged, faulty, or it isn't what you ordered — that's on us. Email support@stillsunday.shop within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No return postage, no back-and-forth.

Refund Timing

Once a refund is approved, you'll see it back on your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank. We'll email you the moment it's issued.

What Isn't Covered

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Subscription orders that have already shipped (you can pause or cancel future shipments any time from your account)
  • Gift cards
